just found something that said hydroxycut contained 20mg ephedra and Xenadrine contained 335mg MA HUANG. i read up on that and it said that ephedra contains 8% ma Huang... so 335mg=26.8 of ephedra... does this sound right? im looking to buy 10g ephedra powder and i just want to know what route i should go as far as dosing. looks like 25mg should do fine..

I'm 100% that it is 20mg per three pills of the 210 bottles but if you have 240 bottle then it is 20mg per two pills. Stacker and black lightning etc.. had 25mg per two pills(learned that one the hard way when I popped 3 of them).
