Has any1 ever used pro peptide? The guy at the supplement store i go to recomended me taking that instead of isolate between my meals, then isolate after working out, and a glass of grape juice. If any1 has had experience using pro peptide or has any feedback let me know! Thanks.

I wanted a protein supplement that worked at "feeding" me protein throughout the day. Whey isolate has a fast absorption rate from what im told, and that it would be a waste for between meals (to cover 5 meals a day). Its hard with the job i have to actually eat something during the day besides lunch. So i make sure i have eggs for breakfast and maybe tuna or beef for lunch. I used to take isolate between breakfast and lunch, then between lunch and dinner, but now im told to take a slower absorbing protein shake.Grandfinale03
