Well i Started off in September weighing 300 and by february i had lost 35 poundd and was at 265. I made a deal with myself to ty and lose 20 pounds by the end of march. Well 5 weeks later I now weigh 245 and lost the 20 pounds. I want to lose another 20-25 as a think that i will have abs at about 220-5. I've done all this without the help of any weight loss suplement or anything. Just working out 5 times a week and 3-4 days a week of cardio.
    Stats
    weight: 245
    Height: 6'3"
    working out for 6 years
    Age 20
    No cycles yet

The only thing i don't like about losing all this weight is my strength has gone down a little. My bench was at 385 now it's probably at 365-70. And i use to do reps of 5 with 365 on squat now im doing 2-3 reps.

Just thought I would post my success. I don't really have any good before pics but i can probably find 1 and then ill put up a after pic now and then when i hit 220-5.

that's a great success story for anybody! And considering that you did it w/out any cycle or supps. Congrats to you man, we can all learn a lesson from that kind of dedication. Keep it up.....Shiner

Great goals and congrats on meeting them. Yeah, when getting cut the strength does go down but who cares - the better you look, the more babes you hook......and bodybuilding is about cosmetics-thats why I didn't last long powerlifting-luv being cut.

GREAT motivation! Are you going to slow down the drop rate? 20lb is sometimes risky in a 5 week period. Skin has a tough time adjusting. 20yrs old take it slow bro, that is some hardcore dedication!

Hey thank guys yea im going to slow it down a little I just wanted to prove that I could do it to myself and see if i could stay dedicated(expecially since one of those weeks was spring break-didn't drink one drop all break). I want to get another 20-25 pounds of by May 30( My B-Day). I think at that weight I should have abs (which ive never seen before). Also it's memorial weekend which I will be at the lake and see how many ladies I can pull. Nothing like getting a bunch of hoes on your B-Day. Thanks for the compliments guys.
