does it matter what time of day u dose, whether u take it with food or not???? i take mine in the morning and work out at night....

No it doesn't matter. Although if you experience lethargy from it then taking it 1-2 hours before bed would be wise. The halflife on M1T is speculated to be at least 24 hours, so unless you are trying to diminish the side effects there is no need to split the doses up. Taking it with food is fine.

I took M1T in the morning and before a workout, I also never really got tired, but it seemed to boost my workout when I took it before

I have searched the threads and cannot find an answer. What is M1T? Are you referring to the product by VPX? Just curious since it seems that alot of people are using this product. Has anyone tried other VPX products?
