no worries with your age......but I applaud you for checking that first and not jumping into something without all of the facts
There are lots of creatine products and "methods of delivery"
Here are the basics, which reflect my preferences:
Plain 'ole creatine monohydrate will work perfectly (save your money for a date, most of the high priced products are not worth the extra money)
5 grams a day is sufficient
Best taken after you workout
On non-work out days take anytime ( i prefer morning so I don't forget)
You can load with 20 grams a day for a week if you choose, but it is not necessary
Creatine does not need to be cycled on and off, you can take it year round
Creatine is best taken with a mix of carbohydrates and protein (after my workout I drink my creatine that is mixed with a simple sugar known as Dextrose, when I get home I consume my whey shake)
If you really want to get serious you can go to Wal-Mart and buy Alpha Lipoic Acid and take 200mg with your creatine, this will assist your body in distributing the creatine

Ditto on what everyone else said... And i'm not sure of your age, but if you are younger than 18 your parents could get worried with all the talk in the media about supplement bans... Some uneducated people even think creatine and steroids are similar, or in some tragic cases, the same thing.
Let your parents know that creatine is a natural substance that is produced by your body. By taking creatine, you are simply adding more of a natural substance to your bodies natural production. Think of it as a vitamin for your muscles. It has a plethera of other positive side effects and uses as well. If you do a little research online i'll bet you can find an article to show your parents that will educated them about the benifits of creatine.
one to start you off is this one, which tells about creatine's potential use as therepy for those with MD etc.: http://bodybuilding.about.com/cs/get...terms=creatine
This may not be an issue... just thought i would throw this info out there.I run suicide drills over and over with the weight of the world on my shouders... I'm far from being god, but i work god damn hard.
