  • Help me with my Bum please!

Alright, this is my first cycle that Ive taken seriously (diet wise that is_) gains are comin fine but Im starting to have some trouble on the toilet. Everytime I nail out a #2 it leaves me feelin like I hade habaneros for lunch.
BTW Ive been eating pretty clean. lets see.... today I ate
    morning
    shake 40 grams whey
    1cup water
    2 tbsp olive oil

popcorn chicken from sonic on the way to work (yes I know thats not clean)

    9:00
good microwave dinner (not the cheap ones full of salt)
it was meatloaf with veggies and mash taters
    and some milk

    2 bananas

12:00 3/4 of a huge sub from publix (plenty of fiber filled veggies on it)

2:00 the rest of the sub

    another banana

4:00 small shake with carbs and protien for gym.

    at gym

    7:30
usually get a meal from boston market,
this time it was 1/2 chicken with mash potatoes and mixed veggies.

This has been getting me to about 3000-3500 cals a day and it all seems to digest fine but seems to be wearing me out, literally.
also, my stats are 5'10 190# bodyfat near 11% (measured a month ago and I dont look any fatter)

    Any suggestions?

oh yeah and right now the cycle is just
    tren 75mg eod

but will soon be adding test at 500mg/week

I had to try tren out before getting halfway through my 6 monther and discovering terrible sides. Fortunatly its week 3 and no sides except muscle growth yet.

Why are you not taking test with the tren? Just asking. I would cut down and try not to eat anything greasy. Meatloaf and the Boston Market though quite tasty can be alittle greasy. Watch you sodium and starches. What kind of supplements do you take, sometimes these can have a negative effect. I sometimes have to take an antacid. Oh, and like said above, drink alot of water.

I got it all figured out now. It was the :2gunsfiri Pro Rated protien powder. I switched to solid food only and I'm all better now.

It does not look like you are eating clean.

              Try a different brand protein.

I was thinking the same thing.

Also, it looks like you need more fiber in your diet. A serving of sugar free orange Metamucil in the AM and another in the PM will work wonders towards making your bowel movements less uncomfortable. Eating shredded wheat regularly also helps.
