i have trac with nadh creatine(couldnt get the swole v12 until wed) anyway is this stuff good, i have heard decent reports on it. Also, its only 4 grams of creatine per serving but says to only take one serving a day do u guys agree or should i bump it up to 2 servings? Also, should i switch to swole when i can get it or stay with this stuff? thanks
