I am currently doing 20 mg. m1t stacked with 500 mg of 4-ad a day. should I do an anti-estrogen now or wait until I have completed my cycle?

Wait for post cycle.

Running a 2 week cycle then run 2 weeks of Nolva at
wk 1 40mg
wk 2 20mg

If you are running a 4 week cycle then run 4 weeks of Nolva at
wk 1-2 40mg
wk 2-4 20mg

You should have Nolva on hand before even starting a cycle. I hope you don't run into any problems before you get some.
