but seriously, i made gains on an empty stomach, may not be optimal, but who has the opportunity to always do what is optimal

either way, once you get into the swing, which is tough, it is the best feeling, makes you pumped the whole day

been doing it since consistently for 15 yrs, on and off for the first 3 and then said, this is the only way

        How you doing?
i started in december 2001. has made a great difference.

i used to train at 6:30pm, have my pwo meal, then have another meal then go to bed. now i train, have my pwo meal and have the whole day to feed my body then get a full nights sleep.

        i love it!!!!
Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.

There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?

.....the basics need to be lifted high in this age of retarded new wave info. dave draper
