    skim milk
    2 scoops chocolate protein
    1 table spoon natty peanut butter
    1 container banana yogurt
    2-4pks of splenda
    1/4 cup oatmeal

    blend well


    damn this tastes so good it will make you put back stuff you didnt even steal
