Hey I'm 19 years old and I've been working out for a few years now on and off. for the past year in particular ive been working out pretty heavily. id consider myself a decently strong kid, but I would like to see greater gains. ive taken isopure, zma, creatine (5-creacyamine) which i just finished, and im 2 weeks into BSN's Nitrix. Ive been reading through everybodys posts on supplement reccomendations, but I'm not really sure what my next step should be for some dramatic improvement in muscle mass and bigger gains. From reading through the posts im thinking that i should try Swole v2 to start. with that though, id like to try some other intermediate supplements. are there really good and effective anabolic enhancers or other kinds of testosterone boosters that yall can reccommend i take? I would greatly appreciate the input, bc all the other websites out there just try to push their products. i was hoping that some of you could give some honest supplement advice for a pretty strong kid looking to take it to the next level. thanks in advance.
