hey jack!! i bought the [ready to drink] one instead of the powder,it kicks ass for during and post workout!! no bloat, no gas....it kind of more expensive than the powder,but it won't upset my stomach like many gainers does...

so my question again...does the powder make you have a lot gas??it really discomfortable....especailly drank it after hang out with friends....
