I am 21 years old, 5'5, and 120 pounds. I have a high metabolism so I find gaining weight to be difficult regardless of eating habits. In order to gain more muscle mass, I have decided to take a prohormone.
I am considering m1t & a4 ( I have read of the benefits of the combination) Is there anything else I should consider taking, some type of multivitamin or whey perhaps?
would I get better results with 1-AD ?
I was going to be exercising with free weights at home, trips to the gym , and jogging every morning.
Anything wrong here or am I on the right track...
