OK, I am just finishing my first week on M1T / 4AD and my wife is getting real jealous. She wants to get something to kick-start her training as well. Only thing is she had her thyroid removed and is on Meds so she is worried about conflicts. She wants to add some size and strength. Any suggestions?
Off and on for the last 5 years. She is comming off of a 4 month break and has been back in the Gym for 2 months. She tends to stick to higher reps(10-15) and super strict form. Right now she is on a 5 day training schedule including cardio (3 weights and cardio, 2 cardio and Abs only).
