  • chocolate p.b. oatmeal protein shake

    This is an old school recipe for a meal replacement shake, they tast good plus you know exactly what you are getting.

    ingredients:
    12oz of water or milk
    1 cup ice
    2-3 scoops of chocolate protein powder at least 40g
    1 cup dry oats (old fashioned recomended)
    1 tbsp peanut butter(all natural)

    Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on highest setting for about a minute

    note: if you don't have a real good blender-as you drink this, the oats will sometimes settle, so you have to continusly swirl the drink in the cup

      Just the thought of chocolate, peanut butter, and milk. Damn, back to the fridge!
