Flax seed oil - is for getting beneficial fats.

Vit E - Is used by many as an antioxident.

theyre both good, but serve very different purposes... what are you looking to get from them?

thank you for all your reply. is it ok to take both vit.e and flax seed at the same time?? will it be good for the body ?? and what is the best brand of flax seed and vit.e u know of because there are lots of products that are not that effective. thanks
