        theyre good if you are trying to get extra calories and can't eat anymore or you dont have time to eat. my favorite is heavyweight gainer 800.

          i used many weight gainers years ago.

          joe weiders dynamic weight gainer, mega mass 2000, heavyweight gainer 900, gnc pro performance 1850, muscle maxx

          they all worked in that they helped add more calories to my diet and i gained weight. but i avoid them now because i dont want all that sugar. i started making my own last year with grinded oats and adding other ingredients. so i wont go back to commercial gainers or mrps. i can make mine to be however i want and to taste however i want.
          Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.

          There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?

            Just go with
            2-3 cups milk
            2 tbsp peanut butter
            2-3 scoops protein powder
            1 banana
            and maybe some yogurt

            You can adjust the amounts for the # of cals you want
            Silverback gorilla in the concrete jungle, Im the strongest around.
