I started taking the m1t from omega products yesterday. I have an awful case of nausea. anyone else?

I was really lethargic after about 3 days though

thats new, whats your dose and when are you taking it. never used omega M1T

I take 20 mg. 2 10 mg. pills one at 8:00 in the morning and one at 8:00 at night. Boy it sucks.

Are you taking it with food or on an empty stomach? How long after your dose are you feeling nauseous?
