What's up! I ordered three bottles of M1T from Underground Labs and am starting on Mon (next). My question is this... I'm currently eating very little carbs (as close to zero as possible) and am doing loads of cardio. When I start on Mon, I'm gonna kill the cardio and train like a beast. My diet will consist of protein only. I'm going to up my total calories so that I can compensate for the absence of carbs. Does any of that make sense and if not, what do you suggest? My maim goal is to lose the bodyfat but I also want to add some lean mass.
Gracias!

It is very hard to train like a beast without carbs... Carbs are the main source of energy and the body burns those for energy easier and faster then using protein or fat for energy. M1T will help preserve muscle while leaning you out but on a lower cal diet....Its far easier to bulk/cut seperately than it is to try to do both at the same time. I would bulk first....eat some major cals with carbs in the diet and then leave 8 weeks to do some cutting before summer...
I ate like a horse on M1T and lost BF but gained strength and muscle. I wouldnt recomend a low carb diet if your planning on working out regularly. I always did a 45:45:10 ratio of protein:Carbs:Fat. Works good for me. But in order to get solid gains on M1T you need to eat alot. I would do a bulking phase and then a cutting phase
