is it possible to cut from roughly 10-12% bf to half or less in say 5 weeks...in a sort of healthy way...ie not avoiding eating all together?
i am looking for any suggestions besides more gear...i dont really have the time to donate for any and get it and use it properly before spring break..so..im kinda looking natural at this
I recommend prolabs cuts II (six a day) with ephedra based fatburner 20mg ephedra three times a day with the cuts II. Next do cardio first thing in the AM on an empty stomach but after the cuts II and ephedra. Drink at least one gallon of water a day and eat nothing but protein for dinner. Limit your am and afternoon carbs to 50% of cals max.
However if your bf is 10-12% you should already look good enought for spring break. 5% is a serious achievement. What are you really trying to prepare for?
i am really getting ready for spring break...i had an underwater bodyfat test about 1 month prior to my first cycle (3 months or so ago)...and i registered at 13.???...and i know i am a little more dense and physically fit at the moment (thats y i am guessing the slightly lower numbers), however i think b/c i am still rather slim and what not..that my skin isnt streched out enough to show true muscle definition...in my opinion i have rather thick skin...nobody in my family has ever been able to get truly defined..which i why i want to hit such a low bodyfat percentage..in hopes that that will help me...
my sis is in the secret service and she came in at 4 or 5 percent and she doesnt even look like she is that ripped...u cant see muscles at all...and i know she is a girl and all so things are different..but i think that helps to show just how my fams genetics are..so i would like to hit a much lower fat % hoping that it will show on me...
4-5% for a girl??mate thats not healthy, below 13% i think it messes with ovulation etc.if that is the case the fact that you dont see muscle is because she probably doesnt have much.how was her diet as her body might be catabolising on its muscle for fuel etc.sounds to low for me.
yes...4 or 5%...her diet is good...she regularly goes out to dinner at resturants...she loves italian foods...shes not going home and pukin it up either...she tries to drink wine with every meal...she runs about 5 miles a day...i dont ask about her personal issues like that..but yea..that is true it can affect it...as for muscles...she works them too...secret service has minimum requirements on these types of things...like 8 pullups 50 pushups in under 2 minutes... stuff like that...so she is not one of those ppl that has no muscle either...it just doesnt show...at all!!...i mean i have to flex like a mofo to make my 6pack show...i had to flex when i was around 4% bf...but i have grown quite a bit since then..and added fat with it...i really think it must be our genetics... but im hoping that my added size now...and cutting up real lean will show some definition without me having to flex 247...lol
Yes thats correct on the 4-5% for a female being unhealthy(and dangerous) About the lowest-bonafide- reading I've seen is 7%-8% and that was a lightweight female bodybuilder. They're probably using one of those hand held POS body fat checkers. I was watching a guy at the gym use one, he had a huge gut hanging out and that fat thing said he was 13% - BAH HAA HAA
18% on a woman is very normal for women most would consider "in great shape." 14% would be considered "tighter than a drum" and most likely menstration changes would occur.
