the saffola mayo looks pretty high in MONO and POLY fats. Anyone use or it or reccommend it?? Sat. fat is like 1 gram which sound not to bad.

I just bought this mayo last night, it's good, i had it with some tuna today. it's not as good as Best Food's but it is good. It has the same oily taste that flax has put u can really taste it. well worth the benefits for getting mono and poly
