how long can i take m1t/4ad cycle, can i go three weeks with it, take 2 weeks off, and jump back on????

I see no problem with it as long as you take some liver supps in your 2 week off period. Gains TEND to taper off after the 2 weeks is up but that based on the individuals diet, training, rest. I plan on running the last part of my M1T cycle for 1 month.
