    how much cardio do you guys do when you're trying to cut up?

    if im really trying to get lean i do about 20-25minutes 5x a week, and usually seperate it from my weight training. If im feeling hardcore ill do it in the morning before my first meal.

      Well, cutting and cutting for a show are two different things for me. I'm trying to get ready for a May 2nd show - I started at 20 min/2X day and add 5 minutes each week. However, my weight loss wasn't quite what it needed to be this past weekend weigh-in, so I'm now doing a solid hour every morning and 40 minutes at night. Keep in mind, though, I am not doing this type of grueling schedule without a lot of chemical help!

        given that i'm an ectomorph, doesnt take much cardio for me.

        20 minutes tops 3X a week
        Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.

        There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?
