does anyone else feel a lot stronger when they take eca before working out?

I just reviewed my training logs from a year ago when I was runnning ECA & creatine along with my diet and was noticing the higher intensity and strength.
Had 6 months off from injury (June-Nov) I started back dry with only C (pre-training latte) for about 2 months and then added creatine. I've actually gone up in strength from when I got hurt while intensity is about the same and I feel better without the E (no personality changes and no hangover head aches from missing doses).
I'm attributing the increase from the reset/time off and a resetting of my focus. Definately saw muscle memory complete at about the two month mark just before adding the creatine and have continued to see progress since reintroduction of the creatine. now I'm just tweeking the diet wiht more fish oil/MCT's and pre & post sleep meals.
Don't give supps too much credit, your diet can have a big impact too.
