i just bought some psyllium last week in bulk from a heath food store added orange coolaid powder and stevia to make my own metamucil. well i didnt know how much to take so i did 3 tablespoons at each meal throughout the day yesterday.
i think i overdid it. i have grown up around livestock and seen them poop but they got nothing on me today. my gut is bloated to the max it feels like a ripe melon. and i am blasting farts that can be heard in siberia.
how much of this stuff are you supposed to take just to get your fiber where it should be on a high protein diet?
