  • need a good diet plan

Whats up bros, im usually in the AS forum but i know i can gather some good info about a subject i hate to talk about, DIETING. Im about to start a semi cutter in March and want to have a decent yet simple diet plan in place by the time my next cycle rolls around. My main concern is lowering the bf what ever it may be at this point, which i assume is not bad, under 20% but not where i wanna be. Cardio is fine (3-4 x week), but need some assistance from some of the more knowlegeable bros on the diet subject. Superdog mentioned something about Soba, got me kinda interested. Going to look for some today. Any other help would be greatly appreciated.

where you at at the moment?weight wise,i see you say your b/f is around the 20% mark.

what type of diet do you think you can stick to?ckd for me worked well but was extremly difficult for me personally to stick to.

give us some info and i will see what we can come up with,

Im 5'10 220 training 10yrs on/off im between 13-18% would like to get to 8-10%. Ive been currently reading alot of info on the ckd. Really interested in it. Im pretty disciplined when it comes to a routine in general, key is just finding the right diet routine for me. The only thing that really saves me is my cardio routine at this point. I dont eat disgustingly bad but i know i dont eat enough of the right foods at this point. Right now, really just want to take the time to get back on the right track with a decent diet plan.
