    im a noob completley and im going on my first cycle here it is:

    one month 100 grams of on whey protien daily
    6 sprays s1+ daily
    8 grams creapure 2 times daily
    2 ripped fuel tablets before workouts (should this be in here?)

    Mon-Shoulders-abs
    Tue-Arms
    Wen-Back-abs
    Thr-Legs
    Fri-Chest-abs That is the workout schedule gotten good results so far.


    Im 5'10'' 8-9% percent body fat at 145 (so im pretty small)

    Alrite their it is now u guys can tear it apart before i start so i dont do sumthin wrong

      i imagine you want to put on weight, being only 145lbs so i'd cut out the ripped fuel.

        I would cut the creatine down to 5gs in your post workout shake.

          yea my calories will be at 3500 they have been at around 3000 high in protien. I think i weigh like 150 now but i was around 145 when i first started lifting and i lost 4 percent body fat and i look much better

            should i just do 5 sprays twice a day i have a 4oz bottle and it seems like most peoples results taper off after the second and third week and the third week ill start some 6oxo???
