If those are the liquid egg whites, they are so much more expensive than buying eggs in a carton, the convenience is not worth the price. Not to mention that whole eggs have a much higher bv and are much more anabolic than whites alone.

Yeah, if you are a fully sponsored athlete then let your sponsors buy you the eggwhites in a carton. Other than that. I just stick to the whites out of a carton.
