People have only speculated. 12-24 hours.

Prophet- M1T causes the same sides as 1-test they are just more pronounced. In addition cramping is also a side effect on M1T.

12-24 hours I believe but its not broken down by the liver on the first pass so Im curious about its Half-Life.

        1. Not sure
        2. No (Atleast not in me)
        3. If your predisposed to it.

Any particular reason, other than cost, why so many are using M1T and not something like 1-TU from Nutrex? It makes me wonder if some of the sides could be from the meth in the M1T or if it's really just all from the 1-T. Any thoughts on this as I'm strongly considering a cycle of the 1-TU & 4AD? I've read some fairly good write-ups on the 1-TU, anyone else?

M1T is by far the best "legal" supplement there is. Its Alkylated so as to not let the liver break it down so its more bioavailable. Its way more androgenic and anabolic that test as well....As far as a direct answer to your ?, Ive never seen 1-TU.

results brother as well as cost. i have been on a week and gained 4 pounds and my bench is up 3 reps from last week. i will hold my final reservations until i see how much i keep it may be better suited for kicking of a regular gear cycle. if i keep most of it off a 1 month cycle then i will consider it the most bang for the buck including alot of gear.

                m1t vs 1-tu

I posted on a board recently about the "advertised" differences of these two because both are really just 1-T. The only thing I could find/see from advertisements was that M1T was methylated and 1-Tu is a brand name from Nutrex which "...consists of liquid 1-testosterone-17-ß-undecanoate dispersed in a sesame oil/oleic acid gel cap...which means it bypasses the destructive effects of the liver entirely."

I guess then that one is methylated (M1T) and the other is etherfied (1-TU). As Nutrex seems to advertise heavily how it delivery system "...mimics the delivery system of ... Andriol..." and that "... it contains the only medically approved oral delivery system..." I wonder if there are any differences in sides between the two.

I know the $/results ratio typically plays a part in what gets used but however I was wondering if the way the 1-t was prepared matter any to the sides, it might make the M1T equivilant to Mad-Dog 20/20 were the 1-TU might be more like a bottle of Merlot. Just a thought if anyone has used both and noticed any differences in sides as well as effectivness.

These are 2 totally different compounds and ways of delivery. Methyl 1-test is just that a methylated version of 1-test. By methylating a compound it survives liver degredation. This is why a good starting dose is 5-10mg a day. The 1-TU is not even close to the potency of M1T. I don't know the recommended dosage off the top of my head but I'm guessing they recommend 100-300mg. All oral 1-test products before M1T are a waste of money IMO. 1-test has a horrible oral biovailabilty, which is why you see all these companies put them in "fancy delivery systems" which are usually nothing more than sesame oil.
