Take it with food that's fine. The best time to take it depends on whether you get lethargic on it or not. If you do take it an hour or so before bed. If not anytime will do.

I take it on an empty stomach (not for any specific reason, prolly cause im just not hungry) and all 20mg's in the morning.

M1T is a steriod as it doesnt have to convert into anything first. I read somewhere its like 1600% more androgenic and 200% more anabolic than Test. Stack it with something that aromatizes like 4-AD to battle the lethargy.
