    On cheat days, how far does one 'cheat"? Is it ok to eat anything and everything? or is it best to only consume one or two cheat items?

    i only have a few cheat days a year. on those days, there are no limits.
    Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.

    There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?

      has a lot to do with a.your metabolism and b. your goals.i have a medium to fast metabolism,so i cheat all day(one day) when bulking as well as a can of tuna here and there just to make sure my protein is in.everyones differant,a few of my mates never cheat.
      if your cutting i cheat only when absolutely necessary,usually 1 meal once a week.

          i think it depends on how often you have a cheat day/meal. if its once a week, then make it a meal, but once a month, make it a day. sometimes, cheat meals are good for fat loss.
