    OK folks, I took 1 10mg cap yesterday morning and 1 today so far. Ill take another later.Also took 200mg's of 4-AD orally this morning and will take another 200mg's later. Went to the gym at 11:20AM and did Bi's today as my parter is notorious for screwing up our split when im not there. Anyway...pumps were good.....I did....85 for 12, 95 for 10, 105 for 8 and 115 for 6 on EZ curl bar. I did 3 sets of concentration curls and by then...my bis were pretty much done....I weighed myself when I was done and was 254 Down a couple of lbs from last weigh in. I will continue Tues (Mon is a Gov Holiday) with my normal split. Gonna run 20mg's ed for 14 days starting today then off for another 14, then on for another 14...PCT is just 6-OXO.

    you said you got the flu last time right?
    Im pretty sure flu like symptoms are the norm on m1t cycles because its supposed to shut down yer test in like 3 or 4 days
    Im planning on doing the same cycle except Ill be including a lot more 4-ad, but first I think Ill wait to see how yours turns out

      also, why not some liquid nolvadex for PCT?
      its legal and it will definatly work better than 6-oxo

        I would definetly run nolva instead of the other stuff for pct. As for the flu symtoms im in my 7 day and haven't noticed the flu likeness but the strength and weight are both up.
        Dont You hate it when people put there next cycle in here.

            Tuesday 1/20/04

            Took all 20mg's of M1T in the morning as I did yesterday. I also upped the 4-AD to 600mg/day in 2 doses. Today was Chest/Tri's. Bench is up considerably. I was able to get 225 x 6 and again for 5. Incline Dumbell Press was up alittle as well. Tri's I did 3 sets of behind the head dumbell raises for 70 lbs. I then did 3 sets of Tricept push downs and I couldnt get another rep out. My arms were so full of blood and pumped it was sick. Weight was 260.5.

            Tomorrow is Back and Bi's.

              Wednesday 1/21/04

              Took all 20mg's of M1T is the morning along with 300mg's of 4-AD and again at night. Heavy rows yesterday with 70's for 10 85's for 8 and 100's for 6. I then did some sitting machine cable rows and 6 sets of lat pulldowns. Lethargy is kicking my tail. Also ive noticed some dry skin on my forhead but im not using any transdermals but this just started when I started the M1T. Strength is up as is temper. I normally curl an ez-curl bar with 30's for 10, 40's for 8 and 45's for 6 however, my wrist hurt so bad yesterday, I totally scrapped the bicept workout.

                Thursday 1/22/04

                Vascularity is started to improve. Hardness is over the top which explains the sick pumps. Im going to do shoulders and traps today and then legs with bi's tomorrow (Fri). That will almost conclude week 1. So far im impressed. I feel achey here and there and almost feel sick but once im up and motivated, im pretty much good.

                Another update after gym @ 11:00.

                  Thursday 1/22/04 After Gym

                  Ok folks....in the words of my workout partner "You were bangin out those reps of Military presses". I was def doing that guys...I was playing with over 200lbs on the mil press and repping it fast too.. I was amazed at myself. Anyway, shoulders burn, but didnt get a good trap workout. Ill hit it harder next time.

                      Immensley tired but I upped it to 600mg's ED orally of 4-AD.

                        Tuesday 1/27/04

                        Took the normal 20/300 dose this morning. Gym today at 12:00. Pumps were good. Ive been having a huge pain while doing curls with an ez curl bar. I can only do light weight as it hurts my wrist immensely. Any Ideas. Strength is up everywhere. Today was Chest/Tri's. Tris had so much of a pump it hurt when I bent my arm at the elbow and squeezed. Did 225 x 6 for 2 sets and 185 for 10 x 1 set and 135 for 12. Then some incline barbell presses and some flat bench dumbell sets. For tri's I did 3 sets of close grip presses, 3 sets of over head dumbell presses and 3 sets of tricept cable pull downs.....Arms are on fire....

                          Wednesday 1/28/04

                          Took normal 20/300 dose this morning. Back/bi's today. I completely shredded all the muscle I had in those 2 body parts....I started off with dumbell pulls....70 x 10, 85 x 8 and 110 x 6. Then Machine row 70 x 12, 90 x 10, 110 x 8. Lat pulls for the last 3 sets. My forearm has been hurting pretty badly the last 2 weeks but managed to get 85 x 10, 105 x 8 and 115 x 6 hurting all the way through....I then did 6 sets of 21's and that was it....Couldnt pump anymore...

                            Ok fellers...Im in the 2 week off period. I will take some pics of my progress......And then again in 2 weeks and again in 2 weeks...

                            Im still going to the gym ED and starting my 6-OXO.
                            Gonna bump my cals up like 2 or 300

                              whats your body weight up to?
                              I had to stop my m1t cycle, I was so tired at work I couldn't think long enough without losing concentration! but I did gain 6 pounds in the week I was on. and 3 days later I havent lost any of it yet
