  • How much are you brahs spending on meat each week?

    Ground Beef (1 lb): ~$7 x 3 days = $21
    Filet Mignon (2-Piece Center Cut): $17 x 3 days = $51
    Frozen Salmon (1 lb): $13 x 6 days = $78
    Total: $21 + $51 + $78 = $150

I rotate between these 1 & 2 for lunch everyday ,option #3 is my daily evening meal

I'm scared to even think about it lol. I'm going to start calculating as I go the rest of this week and next to see.

I do a Sam's $5 rotisserie chicken and pull the meat off and bag it which lasts me through the week pretty much.

Dinner normally $60 wk if I get it from the store. I eat a lot of fish I catch and deer meat once a week. I eat 4 eggs every day for breakfast, not meat but top notch protein.

I'm glad you mentioned the rotisserie chicken. That's sounds damn good, I think I'm going to pick one of those up this weekend.

I'm right there with you on the eggs too. I eat 3-4 every morning.

Bro, so versatile and CHEAP! I eat it a lot with low carb tortillas, avocado, and salsa, by itself, when it's cold I make a Mexican Soup that is super healthy and delicious. Add mayo, walnuts chopped apple for chicken salad sandwich. It is for sure my go to protein.

i found that Kroger/Frys puts out the clearance meat on wednesday mornings. there are days i load the freezer with great deals and other days i get nothing but well worth checking it out.

costco for chicken breast and ground beef unless i go to the meat market, costco aint cheap but they are consistant and quality you can do a rotissrie there also. i cant eat those to often as im not a fan of the high salt taste.
