    0600 post work outshake 50 grams dex
    44 grams protien
    1 ts glutimen
    1 ts creatine


    0800 breakfast 4 eggs
    4 slices turkey bacon
    1 packet plain oatmeal
    2 cups skim milk

    1030 1 lean body breakfast shake
    (35 carb)
    (40 pro)

    1:30 1 6 " turkey breast sub with 10 slices turkey
    and 4 slices turkey bacon lettuce and tom

    4:00 1 met rx


    6:00 8 oz either red meat or chicken
    1 8 oz sweet potato
    fresh green beans


    9:00 protien shake with natty peanutbutter



    I stick with this diet just about about all the time I might add more cals when bulking. my stats are 6'2" 230 about 11% bf

    Looks good, you may want to increase your protein intake. I dont like to take in fats or carbs after 6pm so the PB I would leave out at the 9pm shake you have. Raise the post workouts shake protein to 75g+ of Whey. I like to eat more eggs than 4, I like 8 whites and 1-2 whole eggs. I recomend a shake in the AM before your workout as well of 30-50g whey. Just my 0.02.

      Your diet looks fine but whats your goal?

      How much water are you drinking every day?

      One "packet" of oatmeal sounds suspect for someone your size. You might try 100g oatmeal with five egg whites. I cook mine together, not delicous but you get used to it.

      The turkey brest sub could also use an upgrade. It`s good, for real you could do worse, but consider your carb source. What kind of bread is the sub on? If your getting this at a sub shop you might consider finding a bento place and swap out the sub for some brown rice and chicken bento.
