  • canned veggies

I will be starting a cutting phase soon and want to eat alot of green veggies. Are the frozen and canned veggies that inferior to buying them raw and cooking them. Some canned veggies now come with no sodium added. So aside from sodium which shouldn't inhibit fat loss is there a big difference?
