    Just started my second cycle 600mg test/ wk 400 mg deca/wk. 26y/o 205 lbs 15 % bf ......... Heres an example of my diet ...please critique:

    Meal 1: Protein shake with: 2 scoops Protein powder (46 gms)
    1 tblspn peanut butter
    ice cubes and water

    Meal 2: 6 egg whites/ 1 yolk
    4 slices turkey bacon
    1 slice whole wheat toast
    16 oz skim or 1% milk

    Meal 3: 2 chicken breasts
    rice or sweet potato
    1 banana

    Meal 4: (post workout) Protein shake (same as meal 1)
    juice,gatorade, or soda

    Meal 5: Beef, chicken, or fish
    rice or potatos
    16 oz Skim or 1% milk
    vegetable (somtimes )

    Meal 6: Protein shake (same as meal 1)

    Also taking 1.5 gallons water a day, multivitamin, milk thistle, saw palmetto, creatine post workout.

    looks prety good. might wanna add some omega 3's on them days you don't eat fish. and maybe add some glutamine.

      I'd order some maltodextrine and dextrose carb powders for your post workout shake. And soda??? It's sugar I guess but I would not use it.
