    HI i've been hanging around the forum for quite some time and now i'm ready to ask a question. Right now i'm 6ft 1 and weigh 230 with a 22% bf. Soon i'm gonna start slimming down for next football season because I'm trying to be a tight end instead of a lineman. Slimming down will let my coaches see that i'm not a big lineman but a tight end. Also it will help my with my speed. I was just wondering if you all had any tips on how to slim down.

    i'm assuming your in high school, otherwise your position would probably be set, so i would say clen is not a good idea just yet. for me, in high school, or at any age, simply waking up at say 6 or 7, and doing 40-60 minutes cardio just shed the fat off. that along with a good diet and weight lifting and you should be set.

    especially with that high school metabolism!

          Work out your total caloric intake needs for the day and reduce by 500 cals a day.

          Also cardio 3 x week to burn extra cals and a clean diet.

            First step is to learn about what carb sources are the best. This web sight isn`t the best but I went out and found it so you could get an idea that 300 calories of one cereal is better than another one.



            for more on this try searching on glycemic index and always choose the foods with the lowest value.
