  • Ciphers M1T Log.

    Hey all. I started my cycle of M1T today with 4-AD Capsules. I will be taking Milk Thistle to help with the liver, a Multi-vitamin, and 6-OXO PCT.

    I will be eating around 4K calories a day consiting of mostly Steak, chicken and fish.

    I will drink around 1 gallon of water /day.

    Day 1: I took 1 10MG capsule at 8:45 this morning. Nothing noticeable till around 9:30 when my body felt like it was buring. I was real groggy this morning and felt tired until about 45 mins after I took it. Feel fine now. Body still feels slightly warm.

    Stats:
    Height 6'4"
    Weight: Will weight myself at 12:00 when I hit the gym.
    Arms: 17"
    BF%: Mid 20's but will check at lunch as well.

    Im running 2 weeks on 2 weeks off 2 weeks on. Should I stop the 4-ad at the same time as the M1T. Should I take the 6-OXO during the 2 week off period?

    Hit the gym at 12:00. Nothing really different at this time except I was able to get a better pump with less sets than normal. Could be just because I havent been gymmin lately. I weighed myself and I was at 256. Did shoulders and traps today. No sides yet obviously. Although I do feel tired, I seriously doubt its from the M1T.

    I will take another 10MG M1T pill before I leave work or later tonight.

      Yea i am noticing the warmth as well. I am using it to lean out and save some muscle. i only get tired when i dont eat for more than 2 hours. i am getting some hunger pains at that point as well. once i feed the beast then everything is ok. I figure so long as i can keep feeding myself great food then i will be fine.. Are you running it 2 or 3 weeks with a break.

            Gains seem to taper off after 2 weeks and side effects get worse.

                My training split is like this

                Mon: Back and bi's
                Tues: Chest and tri's
                Wed: Shoulders and traps
                Thurs: Legs
                Fri: Cardio
                Sat: Off
                Sun: Off

                What do you guys think about this split.

                  2nd Day (Thursday)

                  I took 10mg of M1T, 200mg of 4-AD, 1 Multivitamin, and 175mg of milk thistle at 10:00am this morning.

                  I woke up and I had alil more aggression than normal but no different than when I was on S1+ although that took a week to get like that before. This took 1 day. Little to no lethargy as of yet. I have only taken 3 capsules so far. Ill weigh myself at 12:00. Today is leg day. I hate leg day but must do it.

                  Ill give an update after I get back.

                    Update....

                    Lets talk about appetite.....Im so freakin hungry right now I cant believe it. Has anyone else noticed this while on M1T?

                      Yes they do. Good decision.

                      Now as far as the 60X0 for post cycle. Yes of course you should be running it post cycle but you really should get some Nolvadex. 60X0 is not sufficient.

                        bro its my opinion that you should have one day off during your routine. my split is the same except i do bis with shoulders because i cant get a good pump after back. i take a day off in the middle. i think it helps you recover faster.

                          only problem JG is that my gym is at my work and work is 71 miles away from my house. I dont have a membership to a gym anymore since I moved.

                          If I could though...how would you rearrange my split to add an extra workout on Sat.

                            Day 2 Update:

                            Went to the gym at 12:00. Weighed myself and I was at 253 no clothes on. Somehow I lost 3 lbs over night lol.

                            Anyway, my workout partner screwed up our split earlier in the week so I worked out back today.

                            I did some heavy rows. 3 Sets 10, 8, 6 of 70, 85, and 100 respectively. Then I did sit down machine rows. 3 sets heavy. 6 sets of heavy lat pull downs and some wide grip chin ups.

                            My got got a good pump today and was fatigued early.

                            Very good workout overall.
