I read in the FAQ thread something about how so many people don't take an after workout drink. What was stated that you need to take either dextrose, maltodextrin, or glucose. He never really mentioned what TO drink though, just what should be in it. What I always used to do was suck down a gatorade or something of the sort and every once in a while a few of those glucose wafers. Am I way off base here or am I on the right track. Please give me some more (or better) ideas that I should try for some carbs for glycogen before I take my protein shake.
