im going to start a methyl-1 test/4-ad cycle . i am also going to take an anti-estrogen too, do i take this after im done cycling the m1t and 4ad?

For most PH cycles 6-OXO is fine. For M1-T, especially stacked with 4AD I would use liquid Nolvadex. It is readily available from 'liquid research' companies, is cheaper then 6-OXO, and being a true anti-estrogen is more effective.
4Derm from Dermabolics would be a good choice, as would T-4 from BDC.Comment
