        Pop tarts are terrible for you...especially the ones with icing on them. You said 6 grams of fat bro, well 1 might be saturated but the other 5 I guarantee are trans fat, which is even worse. Check the ingredients and see if it says partially hydrogenated soybean oil anywhere on it...if so, then it's trans fat. Eat some wheat bread or something bro.

          I ONLY EAT THE BROWN SUGAR AND CINNAMON POP TARTS I DONT LIKE ANY OF THE REST

          IT SAYS 7G OF TOTAL FAT AND 1.5 SATURATED FAT

          AND IT DOES HAVE PARTIALLY HYDRO SOYBEAN OIL IN IT.

          BUT LIKE I SAID I WILL CUT THEM OUT ONCE IM DONE BULKING

            You can definitely utilize some sugary foods in a bulking cycle.

            JJ Marsh made pop tarts a major staple of his bulking cycles and it is had to argue with his results.

                i ate 3 packs a day there is 2 per pack, i ate them in between meal with 16oz glass of milk. so 6 poptarts a day, 7 days a week is 42

                i would eat them like sandwiches, makes it easier to eat.
                it worked great for getting in the xtra calories.

                you figure the poptarts i ate were 400 calories for 2 of them plus 16 oz milk thats about 720 calories right there.

                i would get over 2000 calories just off of them
