You have heard they can me considered a meal replacement...where? Remember, just read the label on foods. You will be able to tell if they are a "meal replacement" or not. You also have to consider what some people call "meals". BBing is a different lifestyle. READ YOUR LABELS....

well i have been pigging out on them for the last couple of months for my bulking cycle and i must say it has deffinately helped get my calories in. i been using a high carb high protien diet. what do you guys consider a high amount of fat, pop tarts are 6grams of fat 1 gram saturated fat. thanks for the info.

i guess i have to give them up when i start to cut. damn

umm .... i do not think that, that is such a good idea, using them as a meal replacement.

but you would be able to bulk up pretty good with them though.

no sorry bro i dont. wish i did becuase this was my best cycle by far. i think i learn something that helps me for the next cycle each time. this time it was my diet for sure that helped my gain the weight. i packed on some solid mass but some of it is fat and im not sure how much is water. my waist jumped from 32 to 34 and i have gotten real thick in the chest and back and shoulders.

                          i ran 750 test enathate
and 600 deca both Qv will start pct in 2 weeks monday was my last inject.

i went from 160 to 195 hope to drop some of the fat and water and be at least 175 or 180.
