Hey fellas, how`s goin` ?!?. As you can all see I just registered here, 1 post only
but I`ve been reading this board for a long, long time..I didn`t have any questions before, mostly because everything was here already if you do a little research, you`ll find everything that you want to know. Now before I write down my big Q, I wanna say that Gearedup was one helluva guy, very helpful fella and it`s just too damn sad that we lost him along with BigJim. God bless them both and their families..
Ok here`s a little info about me..
I`m 18/5 years old yes, young but very mature as I hang out mostly with older people. I`ve been working out for about 3 years off - and on..I`d say those 2 years were learning years etc, this 3rd year was the most exciting year for me.. since I workout non-stop without having that off- and on thingy. My gym days are 5 to 6 days a week, Monday - thru Friday ( If I feel like I didn`t get a good workout during those 5 days then I`ll work out even Saturday or sometimes even both Sat..or Sun ) I love feeling pumped.. here are my stats
Height: 6'0
Weight: 220lbs.
Bodyfat: 12 to 13%
Biceps: Around 17/5 when I do biceps I get a crazy pump they raise up to 18" or even more. So that`s all good...
And finaly here`s my question ,
My diet is good and bad at times.. I eat whenever I can all that food that you guys eat I don`t wanna list them now..I also have at least 2 up to 3 protein shakes daily.. I try to have at least 250 to 300grams of protein each day..I drink my last shake before I go to bed so I can grow and develop properly...as they say... Now here`s my concern..sometimes you just have those days when you don`t have time to eat no matter what you do..but I again I say "some days" not all of them..for example this week..I was busy alot and didn`t have time to cook or go somewhere to eat hell I didn`t even go to grocery shopping since my fridge is all empty..ie. in one week which is 5 days I get 3 or 4 days to eat good and those 2 days just suck..Today and Yesterday I only ate whatever I had..a bowl of cereal with some fruit, 2 protein shakes, some chicken and wather was for the whole day..,so my weight knows to increase and dicrease dramasticly.. probably 2 weeks ago..I was about 228 and then I go back to 220 and today I`m like 215 or 216.. I really get pissed when my weight drops especially when I`m bulking..as you all know bulking is a hard work.. so what advice would you give me, how to maintain my weight..I wanna be 220 all of the time, so when the time comes to cut I wont worry.
