Ok, Got my Gaspari M1T last night from Kilosports.
Woke up this morning popped a multi and 10mg M1T. An hour later I was in the gym, doing delts/Traps. I got a huge pump in my forearms while doing shrugs (more than the usual pump). Anyway, after traps I did 20min on the bike to help shed a lil bodyfat.
I am not on a diet but I am trying ease up on the carbs and up my protein to replace the calories. I am using ALA before any meal with carbs. As far as calories go, I am slightly above maintence levels.

approx 16% bodyfat
48in chest
17in arms
25in quads
35in waist (yuck)
I have about 5cycles under my belt but my last was a few years ago.
