protien ?

when i buy my protien i buy like 2 containers at a time and every once in a while i will get one container where the protien just chunks up in the milk and will not mix up.


do you think the protien is bad or should i still use it.

if i do a little bit at a time i can get it mixed, but normally i can just dump a scoop of it in and stir and its ready to go!

Buy some better protein. If your worried about it then try to take it back. If you bought it from gnc then no problem...anywhere else I'd try and if they give you any shit I'd tell them you'll stick it up their fu%^ing ass. Sorry but I am venting off some steam right now bro.

Some powders just can't be mixed well with a spoon. Try using a shaker or blender.

I use Met-Rx and Muscle Milk most of the time and never have a problem.

I make mine up a day in advance, so the clumps will dissolve by then, But I don't think anything is wrong with yours. Sometimes clumps just form
