Can I make my own NYC stack?

Just a quick question for all of you: since we can make a 'home made' version of the ECA stack, is it possible to make the same with the NYC stack? All we would really need is the Yohimbine and synephrine, but what amounts of each? Since the NYC stacks are becoming increasingly more difficult to get, perhaps making it would be the next best choice, with all ingredients bought seperately
What do you guys/gals think?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

you can make your own you just got to find the norephedrine 25 mg yohimbine 2.7 mg caffine 100 mg i do not know were you can find the nore. by itself but ill bump this for ya i make my own eca so why not make your own nyc if you can find the ind.

I apologize I didnt get to this earlier.....

We're currently working (about finished) on a special topical Yohimine homebrew formula that is relatively cheap. I can provide that recipe. But if you're looking to make your own homebrewed NYC (which I dont blame you) I would do something like this:

Norephedrine HCL 25mg
Caffeine 200mg
Yohimbine 2.7mg
Aspirin (optional) 75mg

Additions:

Guggul Herb Extract 15 or 20mg (preferably 15mg)
L-Tyrosine at around 200mg
ALA at 200mgs

ALA would be the best addition, although might make the product a bit more expensive, but Angel if its for personal use, go ahead.

-The nor will be a little hard to find, if you can find it, thats awesome, if not, I may be able to help you.

Now- It has come to my interest that you may want to add some DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol). DMAE is said to work by stepping up production of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and if you've ever used Cytodynes Xenadrine you know that your concentration levels and over all understand of info. in much greater while under the influence of it, or at least I know I'm that way. DMAE is a great addition, I can go into further detail if you like, but it has no contradictive reactions with any other compound in this recipe, and its cheap so I dont see why not add it.


Any anatomy buffs also know that the CNS is comprised of 2 sub systems, the para-sympathetic system (PNS) and the sympathetic nervious system (SNS).... how is this relavant? Watch....


We know that if we increase the levels of dopamine, adrenaline or nor-adrenaline, it will obviously increase the rate that fatty acids are catabolize. Got it?

Ok, I did a bit of research awhile back when this board first came up (I too wanted to contribute a product to the members) and I came up with the following:

A dual stimulating effect on the SNS & PNS are the key to fat burning (although an overload is where you get your sides, such as headaches).

To stimulate the PNS you need things like Clen, Ephedrine, Nor-ephedrine, etc.

To stimulate the SNS you need things like DMAE or bromo will get the job done also.

For fear of overloading the central nervous system, it would be wise to alternate between stimulating the PNS or SNS, not both at the same time (could bring some ugly sides).

Here's an example:

Week 1-6: Nor-ephedrine/caffeine/Yohimbine
Week 7-12: Bromo/ECA

But this is hardcore, if you're wanting to lose moderate weight, skip the bromo for DMAE.

Finally, two common products DL-Phenylpropanolamine or L-Phenylpropanolamine are VERY hard to come by, they were banned from cold medications for raising blood pressure, but I dont think they're needed.

Another note: The thermogenic power of an NYC is much more prevelant in women than men, so go easy with the doses, I inteded this research for the use in men (damn Im a pig) so you may be able to save some money on not ordering as much. Not sure what your NYC experience is but something to consider.


Another thing I would like to mention, although Im going into uncharted waters and the other female members would certainly know more than I, but as a note to the men and maybe women, we know that estrogen suppression will help in fat loss. This is why some many elite bodybuilders (who arent using DNP, etc) use novla. and arimidex to shed those last few pounds.

Norephedrine will be near impossible to find since it's now illegal to manufacture.
It's used to make meth. You might find some companies trying to sell stock but you can bet meth lab dudes are bidding against you for it, not to mention other co's that want to make ECA stacks like NYC.
