    Hey all...going to be cutting now... weigh in at 240 pounds... want to eat 4k cals a day or so(3600 base + burn 800 or so working out/cardio).... so basically...

    250 grams protein = 1000 cals
    350 grams of carbs = 1400 cals
    120 grams of fats = 1080 cals

    im pretty sure this will work for cutting some weight now my question is what kind of post workout drink should i use with this? i use optimum whey protein. will drinking a gatoraide with a couple scoops hurt me? it has high fructore corn syrup which i know is bad... umm any suggestions.. thanks

    IMO use some dextrose in your post workout shake.even when cutting i use 50g.just mix it with your protein.

      yeah dextrose or maltodextrin. you won't lay down fat from carbs post workout
