    Hey everyone,
    I can get 90 R-ALA 200mg Capsules for 22.95 at www.fitrx.com good site by the way. Is this a good deal...let me asap please cause I'm ready to order.

    Website is not coming up. But thats a good price, I just dont like the 200mg dose ,

    BTW was that AST ???

      Yes it is AST...and why don't you like the dose? Try the link now...I fixed it.

        The standard for insulin "control" is 3mgs/gram of carbohydrate and unless your going to get 60= grams of carbs per meal and time you take it your wasting money.

        Now if your taking it for liver cell regeneration purposes or as an anti-oxident it is great price.
