first i have done research i dont understand everything about it such as the carb up days only one to two days of this but why and something about carbs right before your first work out after carb up could anybody help me w/this also what do u think about the keto diet a good way to loose bf% along with cardio or is there a better diet

I would try to help if I could read what you wrote without getting a headache. Using periods, commas and capitalizing will get you a lot more replies.
