What are your stats buddy? I see a pretty good diet. I think the only thing i would change is the carb intake. I believe that is alot of carbs. But that is just me. I tend to put on extra fat if i up the carbs too much. But looks good bro......

My stats were posted in the anabolic forum, but either way I'm 5'9" 180 lbs. at about 8-9% bf. This diet will be going along with my 3rd cycle. The details of the cycle are posted in the anabolic forum.

It's funny that you think my carbs are too high. I was just reading another response from another board where I posted and some mod thinks I should have a 3:1 carb to protein ratio. WTF?!?!? That's a TON of carbs. To each his own... What kinda carbs do you normally intake?

This is what I am having trouble with. How do you eat so much? I try every day and then spend an hour in the bathroom sick to my stomach. Should I try working up to this kind of diet because waking up and trying all of this is killing my rectum.
Second place is the first loser!

Ya dude, it's really not that much. Lat bulking cycle I did i was putting down 5000 calories!!! You gotta work your way up. I usually take a week per 500 calories about maintence. For example, my BMR is around 3200 calories, so I'll take two weeks to work up to 4200.

Also, if you keep a clean diet, it is much easier on your stomach. If i eat like shit, my stomach is not so kind either...

LOL! Hey bro how big are you? It all depends on your size. For example I weigh 210 -ish and I'm 6'3, the diet posted is not all that much to me. I eat abou that or more on a daily basis. I have a very high metabolism.

Heres what I found in this book POWER EATING by Susan M Kleiner, PHD, RD:

Training to maintain muscle: 3608 calories for a 180lb man (44 calories per kilogram of body weight)

Building: 4264-4920 calories for a 180lb man (52 -60 calories per kilogram of body weight)

nm, you have a lot of protein there for your weight... you will be drinking a lot of water, right????

I would maybe up the carbs, drop the protein, not much though....
                  overall, i like it...

I usually drink 1.5 to 2 gallons of water a day. Whenever I get my lab tests done, my kidneys and liver are in tip top shape so 400g of protein doesn't seem too much for me. What is your normal macro breakdown when you bulk?

Hey nmk85roll, are you still using that BMR Formual that yellowjacket posted to figure out your calories. I know you said you used it on your cutter. Hows that formual working for you. I'm thinking about using it on this bulking cycle coming up in Jan. Let me know.

Well, I used the formula to calculate my BMR. I think that formula is pretty accurate. However, I didn't follow the "add 500 calories" to put on weight guideline. But the formula, YES.

What are you going to use to put on weight. Number wise. Instead of the "add 500 calories".

I'll be adding an extra 1000 calories. I figure with working out twice a day, using AS, AND doing some cardio 4x a week that an extra 1000 calories would be a good starting point to put on some lean muscle.
